Bridgeport Hospital
At Bridgeport Hospital, in Bridgeport, CT, we've implemented a self-service employee portal called "My Network". It's powered by the Sirius Enterprise Portal and services over 3,000 employees who access it from a variety of methods. The portal authenticates users against the existing Microsoft Active Directory System and automatically logs them into their Exchange e-mail, creating a web based single sign-on tool that is used everyday by their employees.
City of Stamford Fire & Rescue Department

The city of Stamford is home to more than 300 career Firefighters spread out over 8 fire stations. Leveraging existing infrastructure, the Stamford Fire & Rescue Department has deployed the Sirius Enterprise Portal as their center-piece of productivity. In integrates more than 5 different data sources including an existing 911 Computer Aided Dispatch (CAD) database, a "Firehouse" records management database and a customized payroll reporting system
Members log on each day and access their personal email through the portal, which automatically logs them in. They receive important notifications and can act on them according without having to have their own work station.
Several custom applications round out the impressive implementation of the Sirius Enterprise Portal including a Sick Leave Management tool, Overtime management tool and First Report of Injury tool.
